Kelly Parliament


Kelly Parliament is originally from the Detroit area. She graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and studied abroad at Birzeit University in the West Bank as well as in Rabat, Morocco. From 2016 to 2019 she served with the United States Peace Corps in Morocco, where she helped establish a women’s cooperative and taught English, computer skills, and health classes. She plans to attend law school in the fall. In her free time, Kelly loves to read, hike, and drink coffee.

At the YPP, Kelly tracks war crimes and human rights abuses, monitors congressional activity, and supports our legal advocacy efforts.
