Savannah Soter
CONGRESSIONAL ADVOCACY INTERN
Savannah Soter is a senior at American University double-majoring in International Studies and Arab World Studies, with a focus on global security, peace, and conflict resolution. She formerly worked as a research assistant on ethnographic studies in American University’s Sociology Department. Savannah has completed intensive Arabic language programs in Muscat, Oman and Amman, Jordan.
At the YPP, she works on congressional advocacy and current events monitoring, in addition to conducting in-depth research on non-state actors in the region.
