Yemen's humanitarian catastrophe and US policy

  • 55 Main St. Camden, ME 04843 USA (map)

Yemen currently faces the world’s worst humanitarian crisis. Seven million people are on the verge of starvation, and a child dies every ten minutes of preventable disease. How has US support for the Saudi-led military coalition helped fuel this crisis, and what can voters do to make US policy a part of the solution?

YPP executive director Will Picard will address these questions at two free public events.

August 24 at 6:00pm, at First Parish Church in Portland, ME

August 25 at 3:30pm, at Camden Public Library in Camden, ME
